In the speech of Dong Weihua, Chairman of Lankuaikei Group, he thanks all partners who have been involved in starting up, preparation, designing and realization of this project in the past two years. In July 2020, Lankuaikei Group has announced this project, aiming to realize an energy neutral building in China, using it as a center to gather global technology and talent, with special focus on agriculture. Therefore, the design of the building is named: the Agriculture oasis, spirited by the agricultural landscape of China.
